What we collect, and why

We collect only what is needed to issue and verify your pass: your name, mobile number, email, date of birth, gender, blood group, address, a photograph and the identity document you upload. The blood group is held for the medical desk at the venue. For an applicant under 18, we also collect a parent or guardian's name and mobile number.

How your ID is used

Your document is read to check that the name and date of birth match what you entered. Where your Aadhaar carries a signed QR code, that check is automatic and offline: we verify the signature, and we do not send your Aadhaar number anywhere. We store only the last four digits of the reference, never the full number. Every application is then approved or refused by a person.

How long we keep it

Thirty days after the last night of the event, we erase the personal details behind your application: your address, your email and the contents of your form. Your uploaded documents are retained beyond that as the record of why a pass was issued or refused, which we may need if a decision is questioned later. Entry records are kept as counts.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside the organising team and the staff at the gate. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising. Payments are handled by Razorpay, who receive your name, email and mobile number to process the transaction; we never see your card details.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Erasing it before the event means cancelling the pass, because the pass is what the record is for. Message us on WhatsApp from your registered number.

The Red Imprints is organised by J Shri Event Private Limited.
