Refund & Cancellation

Passes

A season pass is issued to one named person against a verified identity document. Once issued it is personal, non-transferable and non-refundable, because the pass is what admits that person to the ground on all nine nights.

Payments that did not result in a pass

If money was taken and no pass was issued — a duplicate payment, a failed one that was still captured, or an application refused after payment — the full amount is returned to the account it came from. We start the refund within 3 working days of being told, and banks typically settle it in 5 to 7 working days after that.

If a night is cancelled

If the event is cancelled entirely, every pass is refunded in full. If individual nights are lost to weather, an order of the authorities or anything else outside our control, the pass remains valid for the remaining nights and is not refunded in part.
